Like our other services, our Project Management offering is meant to be "a la carte." We will not oversell you on what you don't need. If you need a project outlined from inception including items like (not limited to) a Statement of Work, Work Breakdown Structure, or Stakeholder Engagement plan, we're here for you! If you have a plan already in place that just needs some refocusing, we can do that also! We are also more than comfortable managing the entire scope of any given project so you don't have to worry about your deliverables producing timely value.
We can create and execute plans in waterfall, Agile, or hybrid workflows depending on the project at hand. Our overall methods are heavily based on Agile though, purposefully. We want to make your team self-sufficient so you can perform future initiatives in-house without the need for third party consulting. While a given project may not call for Agile, our surrounding leadership methodologies do in the ways that allows people to hone their skills in real-world project based situations. While not everyone is suited for project management, we want to take every opportunity to pass down that knowledge to those who have the interest so they can make your business as efficient as possible without our direct oversight and the Agile framework is our chosen method of passing that torch.
